A soba restaurant close to Hachimen Daio Footbath
I went right when the store opened, but there were people lining up, so I had to wait a while to enter, write my name on the register inside the store, and wait outside, so be careful as you have to go inside once!
I had the recommended wasabi bud soba in the store, and it was delicious.
There is also a very elegant and tasteful booklet with pictures and poems drawn by the shop owner on the desk.
Mr. Asakawa, the owner? Carlos is a very smiling and friendly old man who remembers Carlos and gave me a wonderful photo of Azumino some time ago, so I'm happy to display it in my room.
The garden is also very large and is a wilderness of Azumino? We also recommend taking a leisurely stroll while waiting ✋
At lunch time, this restaurant is very popular with customers from both inside and outside of Nagano Prefecture.
I have visited quite a few soba restaurants in the Chushin area of Nagano Prefecture, and the soba here is really delicious.
One of the reasons I like this store is that it has a nice atmosphere where you can get a glimpse of Azumino's local culture, and the staff members warmly welcome you every time.
The soba noodles are the most important part, and they go down well in the mouth. Regardless of the season, I order Daitenzaru every time, and the fragrant tempura with the flavor of sesame oil in the fried oil is simply delicious.
I'm glad if you can use it as a reference.
Delicious soba noodles. That alone is worth going to, but the shop has a worldview, from the paintings and gardens on display to the presence of the owner. I'm glad I went. thank you.
It was my first time visiting.
I ordered fukimiso soba and wasabi meka/koku soba.
The soba noodles were chewy and delicious.
The volume of the large portion is also sufficient.
The soup stock was good and tasted good, but it wasn't sweet, so tastes may vary.
If you don't have much time, it's best not to go. I went on Saturday.
It said there would be a wait of over an hour, but it took more than an hour to get the information. Even after being guided and seated, I waited for over an hour.
I think it would be a good idea to give some thought to a reservation system that allows you to call in on the day of the appointment even though there are people waiting.
I didn't have time to take photos of the main items because I had other plans, so I'll just post the mysterious service items.
The soba noodles were a normal portion, but it was a lot, and I was glad that the tempura was also good.
First visit to Segare and the usual Shinshu soba ~ Bushu eel drive. By the time I arrived at 11:05, there was already the sixth set of notebooks waiting. As expected, it's a popular store. Shortly before the store opened at 11:30, a staff member called us and took us to our seats. Without any hesitation, I ordered Daitenka Soba (I don't want to ask for recommendations). Chilled thin soba noodles with a strong aroma, and a mildly concentrated soup that brings out the aroma. The tempura is crispy, hot, and hearty, and the moderately concentrated (and amount) tempura soup brings out the flavors of the rich variety of ingredients. Finish with thick soba soup. Ah, happiness. It was fine.
I quite like it
I visited here for the first time after being told about it by a friend.
I had the tempura, and both the soba and tempura were very delicious. However, the amount of soba noodles was larger than I expected, and I was more than full.
